Appointments can be booked through our website or by contacting our call center. We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel appointments with reasonable notice. Customers are expected to arrive on time for scheduled appointments.

4. Payment Terms

Payment is required upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed upon. We accept various payment methods including credit cards, debit cards, and cash. All prices are subject to change without notice.

5. Warranty

All repairs come with a limited warranty covering parts and labor for a specified period. The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications. Warranty terms vary by repair type.

MallFix shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use our services. We are not responsible for data loss during repair processes.

7. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for backing up all data before submitting devices for repair. MallFix is not responsible for any lost data. Customers must provide accurate contact information and device passwords when necessary.

8. Unclaimed Devices

Devices not claimed within 30 days of repair completion may be considered abandoned. MallFix reserves the right to dispose of unclaimed devices after providing reasonable notice to the customer.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the MallFix website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of MallFix and protected by copyright laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

10. Privacy
